Dance Fitness Classes

The class will start with a complete body warm-up followed by a high intensity easy to follow dance sequence. This is where you start to move your feet and get your heart pumping. Next you will start learning various dance styles, basic footwork and routines to put to music. The class will finally finish with a cool down and a stretch.
Our specialised Dance Fitness class is formed with a variety of different dance styles and techniques ranging from the Cunnigham & Graham which is a Contemporary Technique, Floor Barre, Ballet. Jazz, Hip Hop, Street and Commercial, making no class the same.
These classes will improve your fitness and help tone and sculpt your body. You will gain confidence whilst developing greater balance, flexibility and core strength.
Regular attendance will help you to develop better co-ordination, improve your mental functioning, increase your aerobic fitness and improve balance and spacial awareness.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be over 18 as this event takes place in a Bar/Club
