Dance Fusion is a new fitness class in SE London that incorporates Dance, aerobics and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to a specific genre of music each month.
For those who want a great workout that targets the entire body, this is for you, male or female! All you need is a love for music, a fun attitude and lots of energy! These classes are for men and women, as there's something for everyone!
We start with a warm up, introducing you to low impact versions of some of the choreography in the cardio section, then get to dancing! We follow the dance cardio section with some bodyweight exercises that will keep you burning fat long after you've left the building! Finishing off with a stretch and a smile, I'm sure you'll feel the benefits before you leave.
Don't worry if you're no Michael Jackson...there are low and high impact alternatives and basic and complex choreography, so you can make the class your own.
