What should I bring?

Warm clothes (layers are good for this time of year), wellies or walking shoes; water, hot drink (optional), water bottle.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is free parking on site car park.

Question 3

How many silent disco headphones do you have available?

Accepted Answer

We have 30 silent revolution headsets available. One has a mic so you can hear our facilitators clearly. The range is approximately 100m to 300m so you can have quite a wide radius to dance in the woods.

Question 4

Will I get a refund if the event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

We do offer refunds if the event is cancelled due to the weather.  Please note, however, that Eventbrite do not refund their fee.  You will only receive the full cost of the SunFIre dance ticket price.  Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another future Beach or Forest Dance event.

Question 5

Can I bring my dog with me?

Yes. The headphones have quite a range, so if you need to walk your dog or run after children, you can still listen to the music while you dance and take your dog for a walk in the woods.

Can children attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, children may attend. They need to be supervised at all times. Please ensure that they use our equipment respectfully. Children love to dance and it is a great way for families to connect and have fun together.
