How fit do I need to be?

As long as you can walk for an hour on flat ground or a slight incline you should be fine. Occasionally we take a route that incorporates some steps going up....but we never go down the steps.

The main car park at Parc Penallta, enter form Penallta Road. Go past the ducation centre on your right and carry on until you reach the main car park Look out for the Black car with the Energy Moves logo, and people handing out headsets and torches.

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring a torch if you have one, but we will have plenty to lend out. Wear clothes suitable for the weather, preferably layers, that you can move in. The ground can sometimes be a bit muddy.We walk in all weathers.
