Event description

Description

Get ready for St Andrew's Day by having fun learning some basic Scottish country dancing steps with the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society, Edinburgh branch, led by the well-known dance teacher Theresa MacVarish Clark and reknown fiddler Pete Clark.

Suitable for children aged 5 to 11 years. Children under 8 must be accompanied. We welcome parents and carers to come and watch - no need to book for yourself, just your child.

Juice and biscuits will be provided for thirsty dancers!

The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society, Edinburgh branch, has been running classes and events in and around Edinburgh for over 90 years. Since its formation in 1924 they have promoted Scottish country dancing for the fun, fitness and friendship it provides.
