It is suitable for dancers of any level from any background, but also for non-dancers who would like to experience the physical and mental benefit of organic intuitive movement.
The workshop recording will be available for 48 hours.
Selene Swan is a dancer that has done her postgraduate studies in neuroscience where she decided to join her two passions by doing her research thesis around the cerebral phenomena beyond dance, having worked with one of the most influential researchers in the field. She worked as a mental health practitioner and is currently doing her studies on Dance Movement Psychotherapy and still takes part in current dance research. With her experience in the neuroscience of dance, mental health, dance therapy, and somatics training, she created this extension of her current workshops where the focus is more on organic movement exploration and its benefits to mental well-being
