Welcome to our exciting **Dance and Tone Classes** event at Thinking Fitness in Rochester! Get ready to groove and sweat with our fun and energetic dance workout classes designed to help you tone your body and improve your fitness level.

Join us every Wednesday at **7:30 PM** for a session of non-stop fun, dancing and toning exercises. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of dance styles and toning routines to keep you moving and motivated.

Each month we pick a theme

Each week we learn a new fun routine

Each week we do some toning where we focus on one specific area of the body to maximise the impact.

All fitness levels welcome

All dance & no dance levels welcome

The way our events & workshops work is we focus on a more specialist area of learning to either take your learning to the next level or learn something new.

The way the instructor training works is we offer 3 programs - online distant learning , face to face classroom based & private 1-2-1 training.

When you book a full 4 week course.... this works a little different.

The date that you book on the calendar indicates that is a week 1 of a NEW routine and by booking this option means you are booked on to the FULL 4 week course.

Our classes are aimed to be flexible so that they may be suitable for all abilities , even complete beginners & those who lack confidence.

So how will it work......?

- Each routine is broken down and taught over a 4 week period.

- Then we come back and start again with a new routine.

- By Booking this service you confirm you have read & agree to our T&C

- Each routine has the tutorial videos available for those who want to practice between classes or for those who have to miss a week and want to catch up at home.
