Join me and others for a magical day of walking, dancing, relaxing and connecting to nature on the beautiful South Downs in East Sussex. We will start our journey from Ditchling Beacon, the highest point in East Sussex and end at the legendary Devils Dyke. This is a 7 mile walk and has some moderate inclines.

We will leisurely walk together on this lovely South Downs Trail whilst chatting and connecting to each other. We will stop to dance & relax at a couple of special spots. The dances will be playful, explorative and easy-to-follow (no experience needed). Their focus will be to connect you more deeply and positively to yourself, others and the nature around.

TIMETABLE

(from @9.45am - GET THE FIRST BUS from Brighton (see you on there!)
MEET at Ditching Beacon Car Park @10.15am
START the walk @10.30am.
FINISH @4.30pm/5pm - finish at Devils Dyke - Get 77 Bus back to Brighton

***OPTIONAL EAT DINNER TOGETHER IN BRIGHTON (possibly PHO)***(Timings of activities will be fluid - but please be on time when you arrive)

PLEASE NOTE - This is quite a lot of exercise so you will need to be fit enough to do it!

WHAT TO BRING:
- Water (there is place to fill on the way)
- Appropriate clothing and sunscreen
