Dance workshop

The workshop will focus on exploring patterns of body and life, bringing them into dance, and connecting as a group to feel like one. From there, we will move toward the theme of breaking these patterns. The level required for comfortable participation is intermediate, and all kinds of dance backgrounds are welcome. In this workshop, you will have the chance to try a new combined dance style. We have prepared specially composed music by Anastasiia Aleksandrenko, a multidisciplinary artist we are collaborating with for this workshop, and engaging tasks that will help you dive into your body, understand it better, and communicate with it through dance under our gentle guidance.
