Join us for a 4-hour dance workshop led by Ted Rogers; a day to move, breathe, and get into the mess and beauty of the body. Expect poetic, physical, and deeply felt movement rooted in contemporary dance, improvisation, and personal exploration.

This is for anyone curious about dance as a way of connecting to themselves, to others and to what’s moving underneath it all.

Ted is a multidisciplinary artist based at TKE Studios. Their work explores the body as a site of emotion, memory and romance - gritty and tender all at once.
