Event description

Description

The story of the very shy, big-bottomed Badger, who became a salsa Strictly star to win the love of his True Mate...

BED-TIME STORIES BY DAY
Mums, Dads & Children - want to relax and kick back for an hour? Come curl up on a cushion or stretch out on a rug, and listen to a story from brand new book The Wonder Tails!

The Tails are set in Sussex, and they’re about how some of our beloved British wild animals and birds –including many you’ll come across on Beacon Hill - came to be as they are.

This is Kipling without the colonialism for the 21stC (with poo jokes). Forget how the Tiger got his stripes: it’s all about where the Starling got her stars...

Rottingdean author Nickhola Susanne La Brooy will be offering interactive Storytellings for children aged 4-6 in the morning, then for 6-9 year olds in the afternoon at Beacon Hub Brighton's Midsummer Celebration.

Ms La Brooy has gerously donated these storytelling sessions from her latest book The Wonder Tails backed by The Wildlife Trust to help raise funds for Beacon Hub Brighton.

Please show your support for the project by booking your place using the Eventbrite link. Children must be accompanied.
