Description:
What if you let your body lead the way?
Dancing for Wellness is a two-hour guided session led by artist and wellness facilitator Imale Ndhlovu, created for LGBTQIA+ young adults aged 16+. This workshop is about reconnecting to your body; not to perform, but to feel, release, and take up space on your own terms.
You’ll be guided through:
- Grounding exercises to arrive in your body
- Gentle movement and rhythm-based exploration
- Invitations to play, express, and connect with others
- Reflection on what it means to feel safe and powerful in your body
There’s no choreography, no pressure, and no need for dance experience. Just bring yourself, comfy clothes, and an openness to move in your own way.
This is a space for you to feel free, present, and supported, whatever that looks like for you.
