An afternoon of connection, ceremonial cacao, free movement, forest dancing, yoga, breathing, meditation, gong & the beautiful outdoors.
About this event
Join us for an afternoon of authentic relating, connection and communication, ceremonial cacao, free movement, embodied dancing, gentle kundalini yoga, conscious breathing, meditation, relaxation, finishing with a restorative Symphonic Gong bath.
This month we move out of the woodland hall and into the arms of the forest at Stamner Park in Brighton. We will meet at the entrance and take a small walk together to the site. Meeting at 12.30am at the entrance of Stanmer Park outside the Circa Cafe, near the children's play area. Please arrive on time so we can walk to the site together. If you know the site of the fallen tree, you are welcome to meet us there .
Together we will create a small ceremony in the heart of the forest, surrounded by trees and the birdsong, bathing in the natural aromas, fully immersed in nature.
Entering into intentional space you will be gently guided through your practice, to ground and feel alive in your body -to regenerate your being.
During this playful workshop Penny and Tabather will guide you on a journey:
Opening and honouring the 7 directions
Tuning in with mantra
Setting intentions
Ceremonial Cacao

Time to share your experience over a cuppa.
