Dancing the Self Course 1

Dancing the Self is a free dance and movement workshop specifically for women. The focus is on actively resting, mindful movement, and connecting to our bodies in positive ways. There's no need for previous dance experience- just come along and have fun!

We are running two identical 6 week courses throughout May-July, please book onto your preferred course:

• Wednesday 25th May 10-11:30am

(Tasters are one off sessions running from the same venue: Inkspot Venue, Newport Road. You do not need to book on to a taster, just show up.)
