Danish cord weaving - make your own stool over 3 evenings

7pm-9pm
Three guided evenings where participants learn basic Danish paper-cording skills and weave their own premium-quality stool.
Prepare legs/frame, including light sanding and oil finish, followed by the weaving.
Materials: We only use premium-quality wood and Danish cord. The frame is flawlessly hand-machined in Manchester.
Tools and equipment: All necessary tools and equipment for the workshop are provided.
Grab a drink/pint from the bar.
No prior experience is needed, just nimble fingers! Absolute beginners welcome.
Some extra details: this activity is delivered by me, Charlotte Cochrane. Stool size: 470mm x 350mm x 355mm. Solid beech, manufactured in the UK.
Danish cord – traditional natural and black options (extra fee for black cord). The inside frame can be discreetly personalised with laser-cut text (great for wedding gifts, anniversaries, etc). Either option will need to be requested in advance on start date.
