The Danube Energy+ Tool is a pre-acceleration learning program targeted at young entreprenuers with innovative ideas in the energy sector from 9 countries across the Danube region.

During the Bulgarian Pilot of the Tool, 11 teams from Bulgaria worked intensely for a whole month in order to transform their innovative energy idea into a successful business venture. During the program, the young entrepreneurs gained key knowledge about business model development, customer segmentation, competitor analysis, as well as sales and presentation skills.

As a culmination of their efforts, the young entrepreneurs will pitch their developed business ideas in the energy sector during the virtual Demo Day. The Demo Day is held under the framework of the Third Regional Networking Thursday - in addition to the pitches, during the event attendees will learn more about the Danube Energy+ Tool, Ecosystem Package and the upcoming steps to boost the innovation capacity of the energy sector of the Danube macroregion.
