Description

'Dare to Care' - a new workshop introducing you to a funnier, healthier and lovelier way to care for yourself and therefore, anyone! The intensive session!

This workshop is suitable for everyone and lot's of love, care, hugs and attention will be given.

The session is inspired by Gesundheit! (Patch Adams), Clown One Italy & Clown One Japan and are dedicated to reflection, play, and rediscovering the joyful and creative potential of our body and of our inner Nature (our soul).

The Art of Care

The Laughing Body , the Listening Body

The theater of the clown

The Invisible Body

The Magic Mad Hat encourages family members, carers & art facilitators to take part in sessions in order to get to know the techniques used as well as to experience the benefits of the games/ exercises themselves.

Gudrun invites you to 'Dare to Care' - Be kind to yourself, find you inner child and reconnect with your surroundings.
