We kindly ask that all participants are kind and courteous to everyone in the workshop, treating fellow participants and our staff with respect. We do not condone inappropriate language, disruptive behaviour or abuse. Failure to comply, may result in you being asked to leave the workshop.

Question 2

Can I take photographs or film the workshops?

Accepted Answer

Phones, cameras and other photographic and recording equipment is strictly prohibited during the workshop. Professional photography will be provided as part of your experience and you will be asked to complete a photo release form on the day.

Question 3

Can I use my mobile phone?

Accepted Answer

To keep the workshop experience immersive and to respect the performance, we ask that all mobile devices are switched off, or put on silent, and stored away safely.

If you need to use your phone for an emergency, please speak to one of the operations staff during the workshop who will guide you.

Can I dress up?

Prior to the event, we will send out to you guidance on appropriate clothing to wear for your experience. Please ensure you read this carefully.

Can I ask questions during the workshop?

Yes, we encourage you to ask as many questions as you like during the workshop and we will regularly check-in with you throughout.

Will I need to bring anything?

We will be in touch with you closer to the experience date with further details.

Are there breaks during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

There will be adequate breaks spread throughout the workshop but you are welcome to take rest breaks when you need to.

Will food or drink be provided?

Food and drink isn’t provided (drinking water facilities will be provided). You are welcome to bring water and snacks but we politely ask that you consume any food only during the allocated breaks.

Is it safe to leave valuables during the workshop?

We will ask you to leave your belongings (including mobile phones) in a locked room which will be monitored by a member of our operations team. However, please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings and we would recommend that you only bring essentials.

Is there anywhere to store my belongings?

There will be a secure place for you to leave your belongings but we suggest you leave any valuables and large/bulky items at home.

What happens if I need to leave early?

We would advise that you stay for the duration of the experience to ensure you get the most out of it - we want you to have the best experience! However, if you need to leave early and it cannot be avoided, then please speak to a member of our team on the day.

Is the workshop physical?

This workshop will require you to move your body in various ways, as well as partake in high-energy physical and vocal activities. If you suffer from shortness of breath, heart, neck or back problems we would advise against this experience.

How many others are in the workshop with me?

To ensure we can provide a high-quality  immersive experience, there will only be a maximum of  20 participants per workshop. However, please note that we may change this for future workshops.

What if I have a medical condition?

How long will the workshop last?

Our workshop time lengths vary, please check the event details before booking. They will always last for a minimum of 2 hours, but some may run longer than others.

No, these workshops have been carefully designed to immerse you in your learning.

Yes! Our workshops are designed so you may attend on your own or with others.

How do I register when I arrive?

Please have your order confirmation ready, you will not need to print your tickets. One of our operations team members will check your tickets before you enter the experience.

What's the latest I can arrive?

We will open the doors 20 minutes before the workshop is due to start. We kindly ask that you arrive on time and ready to go.

What happens if I'm late?

We will do our best to admit you to the experience as quickly as possible. Please note that our team has the right to refuse entry to protect the experience once it has started. We would strongly advise that you leave extra time to travel.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket if I can no longer attend the workshop?

Our workshops are strictly  18+ due to the nature of the experiences and the topics explored.

No, we kindly ask that you smoke before you enter the workshop.

Please do not bring any of the following: alcohol, drugs and drug paraphernalia, animals, flammables, torches/ lasers, professional cameras, tripods or recording equipment, weapons of any kind (including gun props and replicas)
