This Dartmouth Food Festival Crafty Mussel welcomes Chef Felix from Stage in Exeter for a 5-course tasting menu. Stage is celebrated for its modern cooking underpinned by whole-animal butchery, house preservation and their own brews, a true closed-loop approach to dining.
