For this year’s Food Festival the Embankment Bistro transforms into a working fish market in the heart of the restaurant. Guests are invited to choose their fish straight from the counter, select a house sauce and pair it with seasonal vegetables. Our chefs will prepare it to order right in front of you.

Each dish is priced individually at market value with options starting from around £25 depending on size and catch. To complete the experience our sommelier will be on hand to recommend wines that perfectly match your choices.
