Description

Dear Darzi Sponsors,

At the Launch a number of sponsors asked if there could be a follow-up get together

Rashmi Mathew (Moorfields Eye Hospital), Fiona Moss (London Deanery), and Stuart Sutton (Tollgate Medical Centre/ Newham CCG) and myself have put together an early evening event.

Please do come to as many of the sessions as you would like too

Please can you indicate which sessions you will be joining and if you are staying for some refreshments at the end (buffet)

Agenda

4.00pm – 4. 40pm Welcome and update on Darzi 8 progress

4.30pm- 5.15pm Session one: Sharing progress on projects – learning from each other – generating networks across sponsors. A way of connecting Sponsors around topics

5.15pm - 6.15pm Session two: Ideas from the Darzi Fellowship – a session where we (LSBU team) share some of the key ideas in relation to ‘doing change that sticks’ – an overview of the model to signpost what the Fellows have learnt

6.15pm – 6.30pm Outstanding issues and planning ahead.

6.30pm Buffet Dinner – for those not joining the next session.

6.30pm - 7.30pm Session three (Working Dinner): Co-consulting book in time with the LSBU team/ peers to walk through where the project is and the sponsors roles and ideas – a more in–depth time. This will be organised and themed so ‘like’ projects can secure time with Prof Malby or Murray Anderson Wallace
