Datgloi pwer data gofal cymdeithsol oedolion yng Nghymru

Bydd y digwyddiadau, a gynhelir rhwng 9:30am a 4pm, yn dod â rhanddeiliaid sydd â diddordeb mewn casglu, rhannu neu ddefnyddio data gofal cymdeithasol oedolion ynghyd er budd y cyhoedd a gwella polisïau ac arferion gofal cymdeithasol.

Ymhlith y rhai fydd yn bresennol bydd ymchwilwyr a llunwyr polisi, ynghyd â chynrychiolwyr o awdurdodau lleol, darparwyr gofal cymdeithasol annibynnol, y trydydd sector a’r cyhoedd. Rydym wedi ymuno ag YDG Cymru i drefnu’r digwyddiadau hyn, lle byddwn yn edrych ar gyfleoedd i wneud y gorau o ddata gofal cymdeithasol oedolion ac ymchwil data cysylltiedig.

Bydd ddigwyddiad yn cynnwys amrywiaeth o weithdai, cyflwyniadau a thrafodaethau a fydd yn archwilio rôl ymchwil data cysylltiedig mewn gofal cymdeithasol oedolion.

Bydd y gweithdy yn cynnwys:

Llywodraeth Cymru yn trafod datblygiad data gofal cymdeithasol oedolion yng Nghymru.
YDG Cymru yn arwain gweithdy gyda ni ar osod blaenoriaethau ar gyfer ymchwil data cysylltiedig.
Alma Economics yn arwain gweithdy am ein gwaith parhaus gyda nhw i asesu aeddfedrwydd data gofal cymdeithasol yng Nghymru.
Cynrychiolwyr o Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru, YDG Cymru a Bancdata SAIL yn cymryd rhan mewn trafodaeth banel am gynnwys y cyhoedd a meithrin ymddiriedaeth wrth rannu data.
Lansio’r grŵp ymchwil data gofal cymdeithasol oedolion ar gyfer ymchwilwyr sydd â diddordeb mewn prosiectau ymchwil data-ddwys ym maes gofal cymdeithasol oedolion.

Unlocking the power of adult social care data in Wales

The events, which will run from 9:30 to 4pm, will bring together stakeholders who are interested in collecting, sharing or using adult social care data to benefit the public and improve social care policies and practice.

Among those attending will be researchers and policymakers, along with representatives from local authorities, independent social care providers, the third sector and the public. We’ve teamed up with ADR Wales to arrange these events, where we’ll look at opportunities to make the most of adult social care data and linked data research.

The event will feature a range of workshops, presentations and discussions that will explore the role of linked data research in adult social care.

The workshop will cover:

Welsh Government will discuss the development of adult social care data in Wales.
ADR Wales will lead a workshop with us about setting priorities for linked data research.
Alma Economics will lead a workshop about our ongoing work with them to assess social care data maturity in Wales.
Representatives from Social Care Wales, ADR Wales and the SAIL Databank will take part in a panel discussion about involving the public and building trust in sharing data.
Launch of the adult social care data research group for researchers who are interested in data-intensive research projects in adult social care.
