Data divers data dating: an Open Mercia event

Description
This event is from 6-8pm on Wednesday November 19th in Rm MP203, 2nd Flr, BCU, Millennium Point, Birmingham (Millennium Point is 10 minutes walk from New St station)
Open Mercia and West Midlands Open Data Forum are inviting data analysts, infographers and other data science specialists from around the West Midlands region to this event where they can:
- meet
- network
- make connections
and
- join the new Open Mercia register of data analysts.
Attendees will be able to build their personal and professional networks with a view to:
- doing business with each other
- getting opportunities to 'give something back' to charities and community groups in the West Midlands region by working with them on their data and open data at other events to be organised during the year
- finding out more about open data activities in the West Midlands and how to engage with Open Mercia and West Midlands Open Data Forum
- finding innovative open data use cases provided by the Share-PSI 2.0 project
- What Digital Birmingham is doing with data and connecting communities
- We're giving you an opportunity to meet everyone in the room so bring your biggest smile...and your business cards!
