· Researching and understanding more about your potential visitors e.g. what stops them from visiting and what could encourage them to visit

· Action planning for audience development

· Monitoring and evaluating progress

Museum and archive professionals with responsibility for developing audiences. This course is particularly relevant to those working in a Local Authority context.
