In this workshop, we will talk about using your existing data to ask yourself the right questions and find the answers to help you take action within your organisation.Specifically, we will touch upon:

Identifying key questions your data can answer.
Basic data cleaning and organization techniques.
Introduction to some descriptive statistics (averages, frequencies, percentages) and what they mean.
Using data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in service delivery.
