Event description

Description

This is the second workshop that we are running in partnership with 360Giving. It will be an opportunity to explore and challenge thinking around how your organisation collects, analyses and shares data, specifically in relation to grant-making.

It builds on work currently being undertaken by a small group of UKCF members, who are part of a pilot to publish their grants data in-line with the 360Giving Standard and via the Grantnav platform. However, no prior knowledge or involvement in this work is necessary.

The workshop will be led by Tin Geber, a technology and data trainer, with support from both 360Giving and UKCF staff members.

Why should I attend?

Data expeditions are a great way for organisations to learn new skills around using data and how to conduct analysis which is relevant to their work. For more information on what to expect from this type of workshop click here.

We have limited space, so registrations will be on a first come, first served basis – with a limit of 2 staff members from each CF.

What to bring?

There’s no need to bring anything, but feel free to bring along a laptop or tablet. We will be providing a working lunch and refreshments on the day.
