The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 is finally here, and is making some big changes to data protection law.

Join us to find out how the changes proposed by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 differ to the old data protection regime (i.e. the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (PECR) Regulations).

We will also discuss how the new Act differs from the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill proposed by the previous government.
