Event description

Description

Databases that help to record and manage a range of different stakeholders for charities has grown over the years. Customer Relations Management systems (CRM) now do more than just hold contact information about their stakeholders. The combination of a 360osupporter view plus the impact that funding has made are key to a sustainable fundraising strategy. Technology is now an essential part of that approach and the CRM market today is full of software to help charities manage membership, client casework, outcome reporting, income processing and much more.

But which system is right for your organisation? In that sense, the CRM terrain is as difficult to navigate now as it ever was; software choices are blurred; suppliers continue to rise and fall; and success stories are still hard to come by.

Sector specialist, Adapta Consulting will facilitate the workshop, and offer an overview of the CRM landscape and the systems currently available on the market. With case study illustrations and contributions from charity leaders, the presenters will share tools and techniques for selecting a system that is appropriate for a grant funded organisation’s need. The event will be tailored to the group of delegates based on findings from a short questionnaire.
