In today’s dating world, there are so many different expectations and it can feel overwhelming, especially when you're neurodivergent and over 30. You might be looking for something deep, long-term, and meaningful… but finding people who feel the same way (and get you) can be tricky.
Following on from our first event, this meetup is the second one and again is all about creating a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore the ups and downs of dating, share advice, and support one another. Whether you’ve had a string of bad dates, are feeling discouraged, or just want to hear from others on a similar path, you’re welcome here.
💬 What to expect:– A relaxed and friendly start: we’ll have 15 minutes to chat informally and get comfortable– A lightly structured discussion around dating challenges, experiences, and ideas– A focus on staying empowered, emotionally resilient, and true to yourself in the dating world
Important Notes:🧠 This is a self-development and discussion event, not a dating event (the emphasis is on connection with other singles as friends in the first instance; also note that we can't guarantee an equal gender balance).🎂The age guide for this event is 30 - 50☕ The event is free, but please buy a coffee or snack to support the café, as they've kindly reserved space for us. Any donations to help keep the meetup going is also welcomed but entirely optional.
