Meet and network with the great and good of Daventry. This month we have special guest Mhairi Ramsay speaking to us about how behaviour can impact our communication with colleagues. Mhairi will explore the paradox of how strengths like assertiveness, warmth/empathy, and diplomacy - qualities that often serve us well - can potentially become derailers if overused or taken to an extreme. Drawing from the Harrison Assessments, we'll see how assertiveness can veer into aggression, warmth and empathy can lead to being too accommodating, and diplomacy can turn into avoidance of difficult decisions.
