Set your alarm early and join us for a Dawn Chorus Walk at Attenborough Nature Reserve with breakfast included.
About this event
1st May is International Dawn Chorus Day and is the best time of year to hear the cacophony of bird calls as they defend their territories and attract mates. The walk will be guided by expert volunteers and staff who will point out bird calls and find the best spots on the reserve to enjoy the chorus as it crescendos over the morning. The walk will end at the centre café with a fried breakfast.
The walk will last approximately 2 hours, please wear layers and suitable footwear.
