Day 1 - Young Chefs Club at Folkestone Campus

The Young Chefs club is back by popular demand for February Half term, for children aged 10 to 15 years.
During day 1 you will learn a range of basic skills for bread making including the ingredients and methods behind different doughs, styles and finishes.
You will also explore a range of rolls, Cottage loaves, plaits and also design your own pizza.
Resources will be included in the price along with a recepie pack and the young chefs will taste test their creations and have have the opportunity to take the goodies home.
Vegetarian ingredients will be available.
