7:30am - 9:00am: Power breakfast with Kristina Karlsson, founder of kikki.K

Join Kristina Karlsson, founder of stylish stationery and lifestyle brand, kikki.K, for a motivational morning workshop. Hear how Kristina went from career wilderness to establishing her brand, which now has 80 boutiques worldwide, learn her life rules, and set your own goals over a delicious breakfast in this practical, intimate event. An inspirational way to start the day.

12:30pm - 14:00pm: Boost your Brain with Tess Ward

Chef, author and Red contributor Tess Ward is compiling a healthy menu to help you focus, increase concentration and keep you sharp. During this intimate lunch she'll be on hand to explain how certain ingredients can energise you, leaving you ready to take on your afternoon.

18.15pm - 19.15pm - Barefoot Yoga Class with Mind Body Bowl

Become more grounded and centered with this special earth-inspired yoga practise by London favourite Annie from Mind Body Bowl.

18:30pm - 20:30pm: The secrets to being a better baker with Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen Goh

Learn Yotam Ottolenghi and his product developer Helen Goh's most delicious secrets in this exclusive baking demo. You'll find out their tips on flavour matching, creating the perfect cakes and what they're predicting to be the next big ingredient. Plus you'll have the chance to try some cakes from their new book Sweet.

18:30pm - 20:30pm: Sarra Manning in conversation with Marian Keyes

Join Red's literary editor, Sarra Manning, and bestselling author Marian Keyes for an intimate evening of wit, wisdom and words. A favourite among fellow authors and readers alike, Marian will be discussing her phenomenal career (22m copies of her books have been sold worldwide) and her new book, The Break, which is published on 7th September 2017. Prepare to be charmed by characteristic warmth and transfixed by her story of literary success.
