Day 2 - Young Chefs Club at Folkestone Campus

The Young Chefs club is back by popular demand for February Half term, for children aged 10 to 15 years.
During day 2 you will learn a range of basic skills for using sweet doughs including the ingredients and methods behind doughnuts, Hot cross buns and Pancakes (ready for pancake day)
Resources will be included in the price along with a recepie pack and the young chefs will taste test their creations and have have the opportunity to take the goodies home.
Vegetarian ingredients will be available.
