Step away from the noise and into stillness. This one-day guided silent retreat is a chance to reconnect with yourself through gentle movement, deep rest, and quiet reflection — held in a beautiful natural setting.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a nourishing blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and journaling, all within a supportive and peaceful environment. From the end of the opening circle until the final session, the retreat will be held in silence (Mauna), offering you a rare opportunity to slow down, tune in, and just be.
There will be ample time for rest, reflection, and nature walks, as well as a long lunch break to enjoy the surroundings. The day is carefully paced to support deep inward exploration without pressure or performance.
No previous experience with meditation or yoga is necessary — all are welcome. You will be gently guided throughout the day by experienced facilitators. joseph and sofia will be your guides :)
