About this event

Community • State

Across our coastal communities, the tides of change are rising. This event brings together athletes, organisations, and community voices to confront coastal inequalities and champion anti-racism in sport.

Hosted as part of the Yorkshire and Humber Anti-Racism in Sport Group, the event is designed to celebrate progress, deepen understanding, and inspire action across the Humber and wider region.

Participants will come together to reflect on achievements to date, share lived experiences, and learn from others driving inclusion and equity in sport. Together, we’ll explore how changing tides — both social and cultural — can shape a fairer, more united sporting landscape for all.

Join us as we celebrate our region’s ongoing commitment to tackling racism, strengthen collaboration, and chart the next wave of positive change for Yorkshire and the Humber.
