When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Date of Birth / Age category, Email, Address, Phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.


Saturday 19 May 2019. Equipment inspection 9.30 am, followed by assembly. Two ends of practice at 10am. Shooting will commence immediately after.

Camping is allowed on the field. The venue will not allow anyone before 6pm on Friday night and won't allow anyone after 9pm on Friday night. Access to the facilities will not be available after 9pm on the Friday until field party turns up early Saturday morning. Please respect the venue's rules.

Entry: £15 senior / £10 junior. (Use code 'Junior' at checkout for junior charges to apply. Anyone using the code without actually being a junior their ticket will be cancelled without a refund.)


World Archery Rules will apply.


Dress Code: Archery GB dress code as described in rule 307

All compound archers will shoot the 50m round, all other bow types will shoot the 70m.


AGB CARDS are required upon sign in.


A single WA 720 + H2H on each day.




The entry from for a junior must be approved by their Parent/Guardian.


Juniors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times whilst on the premises. Neither the Organisers nor the Judges can act as supervisors of juniors.


Archers will be liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply. If any archer refuses to give a sample, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Entries from archers under 18 must be acknowledged by a parent/guardian to signify their consent to their child being drug tested if approached.


In accordance with Archery GB Child & Vulnerable Adult Protection policies, anyone wishing to take photographs must register with the tournament organiser on the day. Parents/gaurdians will also be required to sign a "Safegaurding" form with Parent/gaurdian contact details that may be used in the event of an emergency.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?


No, please do not pass your ticket on to someone else. If you are not able to attend, please advise the tournament organiser so your place can be re-allocated to the archer at the top of the waiting list.


Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?


It would help the tournament team if you brought your ticket to the event.


What is the refund policy?


Strictly NO REFUNDS.


The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?


No, the names need to match as the name on the ticket will be the one used for results and therefore records and rankings.
