Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK specialist nurse Jayne Partridge, this session is for anyone affected by Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM).
Nurse Jayne will host a session focused on DCM. This is followed by a general discussion and is a great opportunity to meet the community.
