Lleisiau Bach Little Voices, Arsyllfa Hawliau Dynol Plant, Pawb a'i Le y Loteri Fawr

Mae'r digwyddiad hwn ar gyfer:

Unrhyw rai mae eu gwaith yn ymwneud â phlant neu’n effeithio ar blant, neu sydd eisiau cynnwys plant yn eu gwaith, sef: Ymchwilwyr, athrawon, cynorthwywyr addysgu, cydlynwyr llais disgyblion, llywodraethwyr, gweithwyr chwarae, gweithwyr cyfranogiad, gweithwyr ieuenctid, gweithwyr y blynyddoedd cynnar a gofal plant, ymchwilwyr cymdeithasol, gweithwyr iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol proffesiynol, rheolwyr gwasanaethau, ymgynghorwyr polisi a myfyrwyr sy’n dilyn cwrs perthnasol.

Bydd y digwyddiad yn:

Darparu hyfforddiant a rhannu gwybodaeth a phrofiad o:

- 'cyfranogi'n effeithiol' o wahanol safbwyntiau: plant, gweithwyr proffesiynol, broceriaid pŵer a chynhalwyr dyletswydd

- Dulliau ymchwil ar sail hawliau wedi'u harwain gan blant

- Problemau moesegol wrth wneud penderfyniadau 'gyda' phlant

- Gallu esblygol plant ac effaith ddatblygiadol cynnal ymchwil gyda phlant

- Sut i baratoi a chynnal cyfarfodydd sy'n gynhwysol o ran oedran

- Ymgysylltu sy'n gynhwysol o ran oedran â phorthgeidwaid newid

Mae'r rhaglen yn cynnwys dulliau o fri Lleisiau Bach Little Voices, astudiaethau achos, arddangosiadau prosiectau lleol a chenedlaethol sydd wedi'u cwblhau ac sydd ar y gweill, a llawer o gyfleoedd i ddysgu, i fyfyrio ac i arbrofi.

Gwahoddir y cyfranogwyr i ymuno â'r rhwydwaith Plant fel Ymchwilwyr ac i gwblhau Arolwg Cenedlaethol Lleisiau Bach Little Voices 2018.

Children as Researchers Networking and Training Day.

Lleisiau Bach Little Voices, Observatory on Children’s Human Rights, Big Lottery People and Places

Who the event is for:

Anyone whose work engages with or affects children, or who wants to engage children in their work, including: Researchers, teachers, teaching assistants, pupil voice coordinators, governors, play workers, participation workers, youth workers, early years or child care workers, social researchers, social care and health professionals, service managers, policy advisers and students undertaking a relevant course of study.

The event is FREE but early booking is advisable.

South Wales: 27 April 2018
Talbot Building, Swansea University Singleton Campus 9.30 am – 3.00 pm

The event will:

Provide training and sharing of knowledge and experience on:

- ‘Effective participation’ viewed from different perspectives: children, professionals, power-brokers and duty-bearers

- Child-led, rights-based research methods

- Ethical issues in decision-making ‘with’ children

- Children’s evolving capacity and the developmental impact of doing research with children

- How to prepare for and run age-inclusive meetings

- Age-inclusive engagement with the gatekeepers of change

The programme features the acclaimed Lleisiau Bach Little Voices methods, case studies, demonstrations and displays of completed and ongoing local and national projects, and lots of opportunities to learn, reflect and experiment.

Participants will be invited to join the Children as Researchers network and to get involved in the Lleisiau Bach Little Voices 2018 National Survey.
