This two-hour workshop is going to help you change all that and give your brain and body some well-deserved de-stressing and deep relaxation. Drawing on the techniques of Yoga Nidra, hypnotherapy and solution-focused psychotherapy, Emma will teach you how your mind works and how you can cope better with stress by learning effective relaxation techniques.
