Join us for a wellbeing workshop this January. We know going to university can be an exciting time for many students as it provides opportunities to explore many different academic and social pursuits. However, we are also aware it can be a stressful time as students are learning how to balance many responsibilities. This workshop aims to explore what stress is, how it occurs and strategies for stress prevention and relief using a mixture of interactive activities, discussion and case studies.

Feel free to bring your own lunch - healthy snacks will be provided.

This workshop takes a proactive and preventative approach to stress management through a series of interactive activities and discussions and is not intended to be a therapeutic group. If you feel that your wellbeing is being significantly impacted by stress, please see you GP or a KCL Mental Health Advisor for specialist advice.

Please note it is essential to RSVP as the nature of this workshop means places are limited.
