Deaf Action Annual Lecture 2016
Tue 1 November 2016, 18:30 – 20:30 GMT
Jeane Freeman is the Scottish Government’s Minister for Social Security. At our Lecture she will outline the objectives of the Scottish Social Security Bill. She will also describe how the Scottish Government intends to deliver the £2.7 billion of welfare benefits and how you may be affected.
Deaf Action is aware that many of its clients have been affected by the complex changes in social security. This event will offer an opportunity to learn more about the Scottish Government's plans. There will also be an opportunity to ask the Minister questions after her lecture.
There will be an Electronic Notetaker and BSL/English Interpreters at the event.
