Dealing in Digital Change

You are invited to our next Networking event for Women.The Event is open to women from any professional background, especially those who have a keen interest in technology and wish to learn from other inspirational women within the technology sector.Our aim is to bring together like-minded women to build strong and supportive networks.

We are delighted to have a special guest speaker:

Harriet Stone - Business Change Manager, NHS Wales Informatics ServiceHarriet is currently the NHS Wales Informatics Business Change Manager (Service Transformation). She has been in post for just over three years and is responsible for a team of Business Change Facilitators and eLearning Officers who deploy at ground level pre, during, and post digital system implementations, helping NHS organisations transition to new ways of working.

Prior to this she worked for Tata Steel as a Change Agent for the mind-sets and behaviours & voice of the customer workstream. She worked with local change agents to deliver high value service improvements to ‘deliver our future’ … a sustainable steel industry for Wales – with a target of £300 million in savings.

Ein nod yw dod â menywod o'r un anian ynghyd i adeiladu rhwydweithiau cryf a chefnogol.

Ar hyn o bryd Harriet yw Rheolwr Newid Busnes Gwybodeg GIG Cymru (Trawsnewid Gwasanaeth). Mae hi wedi bod yn y swydd ers ychydig dros dair blynedd ac mae'n gyfrifol am dîm o Hwyluswyr Newid Busnes a Swyddogion e-Ddysgu sy'n defnyddio ar lefel y ddaear cyn, yn ystod, ac ar ôl gweithredu systemau digidol, gan helpu sefydliadau'r GIG i drosglwyddo i ffyrdd newydd o weithio.

Cyn hyn bu’n gweithio i Tata Steel fel Asiant Newid ar gyfer setiau meddwl ac ymddygiadau a llais llif gwaith y cwsmer. Gweithiodd gydag asiantau newid lleol i gyflawni gwelliannau gwasanaeth gwerth uchel i ‘gyflawni ein dyfodol’… diwydiant dur cynaliadwy i Gymru - gyda tharged o £ 300 miliwn mewn arbedion.
