One of the most difficult things that volunteers and staff have to deal with is challenging or aggressive behaviour by other people. Owain Jones and Anna Playle will lead a session to look at the sorts of situations that can arise and how we can improve our response. You will then discuss and help edit our draft policy and guidance notes on dealing with challenging behaviour.
