Description

This programme is designed to support staff in effectively dealing with queries and complaints whether these be student or academic led. This session will look at how we tackle face to face and written queries in a professional, informed and detailed manner. This will consider BCU policy and procedures to ensure we are meeting the defined SLA’s we have to work to.
