Conflict is something Churches, Ministries, Organisations, Businesses and Families have to deal with all the time. Frustratingly, it is one of those things that will not go away by itself unless we intentionally and competently deal with it. Surprisingly, however, it is not a subject that we always take the time to sharpen our skills and develop competencies to handle.
