‘DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE’
There are all kinds of difficult people: quiet bullies; loud bullies; passive aggressive bullies; power bullies; clients; customers; exes; in-laws; partners; kids….. the list is endless.
What they all have in common is that they make us feel less than our best.
Enough of that malarky – this session will give you straightforward, practical and effective ways to deal with any and all of them – without having to kill anyone!
The techniques are also useful for children to help build resilience
This 60-minute session will give you:
• Understanding how difficult people operate
• How to use your body language effectively
• How to be in control when dealing with difficult people
No introductions, ice breakers or group work - Just stuff that works!
The upshot of every 60-minute session is that you will leave feeling that you have the tools and techniques to feel more in control of the people and situations that hack you off and hold you back!
And you will have had some fun and feel utterly flipping brilliant!
