Our busy lives and the chaotic nature of our environments means we have many occasions where we may feel vulnerable. The nature of our culture is that we are taught to ignore these feelings and move on. As professionals we can tell you…ignore them at your peril. They will come back.

Where do those feelings of vulnerability come from?
