About this event

Health • Mental health

Grief comes in many forms. We can experience grief after someone dies, but also when we lose a relationship, if we move to a new place, or we have problems with our health, for example. It can make us feel sad, angry, anxious, numb, exhausted, grateful… or many different things.

Dealing with grief as an international student can be particularly difficult.

Regardless of what kind of loss/grief you have experienced, this session is an opportunity to learn more, hear stories from other students and, if you feel comfortable (no pressure, it’s okay if you prefer to listen quietly!), talk about your own experiences. It will be a relaxed and friendly space. You can join with your camera off if you want to.

The session will be run by Anna, from the Student Grief Network, along with three international students: Nivi, Lauren, and Wali.
