About this Event

In this two hour workshop we’ll explore the nature of anxiety and the various ways it can manifest in the mind and body such as stress, tension, worry and feeling on edge or out of control. We’ll look at the development of anxious thinking and how we can use mindfulness, self care and compassion to bring ourselves back into balance. We’ll also take a journey to discover our triggers and how to work with anxiety mindfully when it arises as well as the role of the inner critic in maintaining anxious patterns. We can then work with these different aspects of self to create a calm, clear and peaceful state of mind.
